And after a gut punch of a loss on a half-court heeb against the Bulls, the Lakers had one of their best offensive performances of the season, getting a win in Memphis

scoring 134 points. The 39 point first quarter kicked it off. And so much of the conversation

lately has been around the team's level of fatigue right now, a crazy schedule, not that athletic, you know, only have one big,

that oldest player in the league, yada, yada.

And what's been interesting post-Luca trade has been, offense has been middle of the pack,

like way lower than hope for and expected.

But at first it was really the defense that was carrying the day.

But we've run into these circumstances where it's kind of impossible for them to play the high level style

of defense where they're flying around like we saw not too long ago when they're when they're

tired. Right. And they've also been scouted out a little bit as well. They found themselves in these circumstances where the offense better get good and quick or else they're

going to lose some games. And they didn't guard Memphis particularly well. But boy, did they
