Yesterday morning at this time, we were talking about the woman with a gun and a concealed carry license,

who opened fire on a shoplifter at a security chase the man out of a home depot in Auburn Hills on Tuesday afternoon.

Now word comes down that she likely may not face charges.

Which kind of surprises me.

There were a lot of people in the area where she was firing shots, but police are finalizing their report on the incident.

The Oakland County prosecutors will determine whether the shooter should be charged with a crime.

They are pointing out though Michigan is one of the states that has a fleeing felon rule.
