We'll start things off in the Middle East, where leaders from the Gulf states are lobbying the Biden administration to prevent

Israel from striking Iranian oil sites fearing that to such a retaliation will open up their own oil facilities to attacks by Iranian proxies.

Later in the program, the Biden administration is looking to leverage Israel's success in degrading Hezbollah to

sever the group's hold over the Lebanese government pushing for the election

of a new president. Plus, despite making territorial gains, Russian losses are piling up in eastern Ukraine, which

just saw the bloodiest month of fighting since the war began nearly three years ago.
