A letter from the Department of Homeland Security dated April 1st, 2024.

It's addressed to a member of Congress.

There are several members of Congress who received an identical letter according to this

report.

The letter begins generally, but it speaks to an incredible

situation that Cleo's acquainted me with all these last years. This is Oceania.

The vast amount of the Pacific and Indian Ocean.

There's a contest afoot between the People's Republic of China and the United States

and its allies. The contest has to do with a potential conflict in the Pacific,

a first island chain, second island chain, third island chain,

and the positioning, just the way the Japanese Empire positioned itself in the 1920s and 30s.

The Chinese Empire is positioning itself for maximum threat to the US and its allies.

Right now we're looking at the Northern Mariana's,

but we're looking at all these islands

as under the attempt influence peddling of the Chinese mainland.

Therefore, this letter, if I understand correctly,

tells me not to worry that it's possible for Chinese nationals

to enter into these islands sovereign states, some are U.S. territories,
