culture intern Carmen Rousseau. Hey, Carmen. Hey, what's up? Oceans 8 is a reboot of sorts of the

famed oceans franchise, a series of heist movies.

This one is directed by Gary Ross, and it puts an all-female cast in the center of the action.

That cast includes Sandra Bullock, Cape Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Aquafina, Rihanna, and Helena Bonham Carter. I almost ran out of breath

just reading the names of this cast. So this movie moves the action to a heist at the Met Gala,

or Gala, as is controversial within the movie itself. Let's start by, we're all four ladies here. We're halfway to having a heist of our own what did we all

think of this movie carman you want to start us off sure um i thought that it was great i really liked

how you know obviously the all-female cast was the center of it is very girly, but it wasn't a joke.

Like, it was still a really great heist movie.

It had funny moments.

It was badass.
