angles. We never saw and we still don't see that someone's going to be charged criminally with

this case. I would think that's a big stretch, especially since the owner of the company went down with the ship, so to speak.

And it would be tough to charge the company with this when the person mostly responsible for this went down with it.

that lost their life. Stockton Rush, of course, the owner of Ocean Gate expeditions.

Clearly a smart, smart man, however, somewhat reckless in this incident, ignored a lot of the danger.

who apparently gave this trip to his father as a Father's Day gift. Don't forget this,

this a little excursion cost $250,000 a person.
