if you, a loved one has any concerns about a possible psychiatric conditions, whether you're

in therapy, whether you're in treatment, whether you're on meds, get a full neuropsychiavall.

It is the only way to delineate with specificity exactly what the diagnostic picture is.

So as you guys know who've been following this program, try to keep it as organic as possible.

And Julie and I just got back from a really nice walk on Duxbury Beach.

We're in town we live in and we're our private practices.

And, you know, I've said this before.

Like, I never planned what the topic is.

I just kind of go with what I think is relevant at the time.
