Hopefully y'all have been able to upkeep those New Year's resolutions so far.

If not, there's grace for that, it be like that.

You know what? I actually didn't make a specific New Year's resolution for 2020.

I feel like every single year I've done that.

They're like very achievable New Year's resolutions.

It's not really necessarily something that will push me too far because I just know how New Year's

resolutions go but I didn't really said any this year I didn't really set a goal

mainly because I was influenced by Jefferson Bethkey's book to hell with the hustle.

I actually talk about that in the podcast episode I did a few weeks ago called He Wants

Our Humble Offering where I talk about how the Lord really instilled just the posture of generosity in my heart.

Y'all should keep that up. It's a really good podcast.

But I have been intentional about getting up, making sure my Bible's the first thing that I pick up in the morning,

and spending time with God in this new year,

by taking the time to read through the entire Bible, like cover to cover.

And if I'm being honest, I've actually never really done that before where I've sat down and been like, okay, I'm going to read through the Bible in a year. It's been kind of sporadic with my reading.

And it's been really humbling for me honestly to to sit down and I know we're only a few days into the new year

but it's just been so good to to get into that truth make it the priority in the morning and see God speak new and fresh revolution through his word. So good. But with that, I've been jumping all around the Bible like Genesis Psalms, Proverbs, Matthew and Genesis y'all Genesis has been

hidden different lately so many things have been popping out to me that I skimmed over and overlooked the first time

reading through it fully and I just think it's amazing how God speaks so actively

through his word and that there are just so many levels to scripture like it's
