On this Thursday, the Mahmoud Khalil story. Very important. He's a former Columbia University

graduate student arrested by ICE facing deportation. President Trump said, we got to get him out of here.

Now, if you believe the corrupt leftist media, Khalil is a legitimate pro-Palestinian

protester, a man of conscience just speaking out against injustice.

And he has that right.

Khalil holds a green card and has been living in New York City legally.

His wife is about to give birth.

But even a casual scanning of this man's public activity shows he is an

agitator, a person comfortable with a bullhorn calling for divestment from Israel. That is legal speech

in America. However, there's more to this story. Receiving credentials to work or

study in the USA is a privilege, not a right. And that privilege can be withdrawn if a foreign

national indulges in questionable behavior, as Mahmoud Khalil certainly did.

He was smack in the middle of damaging protests at Columbia University, trustee Bullhorn

in his hand. Nevertheless, I believe Khalil should get due process a fair hearing in front of an immigration

judge.

Cases like this one should be decided by evidence that separates America from Hamas.
