But first, on this Wednesday, it is annoying and unsettling that the Justice Department

has not yet identified the person who leaked Justice Alito's memo on Roe V. Wait.

You will remember that leak to the press happened in early May and it caused fear and loathing

throughout the land, which continues to this day.

Now the leak was unprecedented at the Supreme Court.

It had never happened before and US Marshals were assigned to find the miscreant.

They have not.

The question is, are they really looking?

And Attorney General Merrick Garland are generally sympathetic to people who oppose pro-life

decisions.

We all know that.

So I think a legitimate question then becomes, are you really looking for the person who leaked

this?

I don't know.

I can't possibly make an educated guess on that.

But I do know it should not be taking this long.

There are not that many people in the Justice Department with access to Judge Alito's

memos.

It's not like the janitor could do it.

It has to be someone that had access to his files in office.
