on this wednesday i think i can make you healthier based on my

situation

i don't have a magic wand but listen to this

about three months ago i went for my annual physical

and the doctor said a o'rilly you have high blood sugar

and you are in danger of getting diabetes

so you need to knock off the sugar and change your diet

well i did it that day because i don't want diabetes i know how bad it is

and i don't want to go on medication

which has side effects now that was three months ago so i knocked out all the

sugar and it wasn't really that hard first thing that went

were the drinks almost every sugary drink will kill you

that's why so many americans are obese all that went

i replaced it with a beverage called trio which tastes great as very little

sugar then the desserts went and i replaced the desserts because i have a

sweet tooth with some products by skinny dipped

which are delicious and then i finally knocked out the bread except for

sourdough bread you can eat sourdough bread
