I'm Bill Whalen. I'm a Hoover Distinguished Policy Fellow. I'll be your moderator today, bringing you very good news. All three of our Goodfellows are with us today. And our three good fellows would be the historian Neil Ferguson,

the economist John Cochran, and former presidential national security advisor, historian geostrategist,

all around good guy, lieutenant general, HR McMaster. Neil, John, and HR are all Hoover senior fellows. So gentlemen, two topics we're going to explore today. Our B block, we're going to celebrate
