I'm doing fine.

Thank you.

You had some good news and bad news every day.

At least we have some good news too.

But maybe we talked to ourselves with the good news every once in a while yet.

You get criticism and say, Ron, you're too optimistic.

And other people say, well, I'm glad at least you don't give up.

So we just have to do what we have to do.

But today we're going to start off with, I guess, in many ways it's a sad story, so it's

a bad news.

Has to do with what happens after you get rid of a bad governor.

That's one reason why I sort of softened my stand on term limits.

I was all for it and voted for all head legislation.

And a lot of supporters strongly supported it and they still supported it.

But my conclusion was, you know, when it's voluntary at least, the people who voluntary

gave up their seat and lived up to their principal, they were always much better than their

replacements.

So the whole thing is replacements are a risk too, whether you, you know, impeach a president,
