sports as always.

The sports okay so there actually won't be any sports because by the time the listeners hear this we will be in Africa.

Kristen tell everyone why we'll be in Africa.

We are going to Zambia to as to participate in a grassroots soccer program

an organization that I've been on the board for two years that is near and dear to both of our hearts.

Grassroots soccer uses the power of sport to unite and empower young people,

and in particular give them access to health resources

and in particular, HIV prevention and AIDS prevention.

So we are going to be on the ground at a site in Lusaka, Zambia, and we can't

wait to share that story with you all and learn and grow as humans. It's my third trip to Africa, your second, but our first time to

Zambia and I just am so excited. So excited. We're going on an adventure, so that's going to be fun but the

sports will be still sporting and we wanted to make sure that we bank some

content for you because we knew that you would be devastated if
