0:33.3	Today we will be recapping the NWSL semifinal matches.
0:38.4	In the first semi-final match, we watched the Portland Thorns
0:41.9	hosted the New York, New Jersey, Gotham,
0:45.0	which is just a mouthful in itself.
0:47.0	We watched the traveling team, Gotham, defeat the Portland Thorns, 1-0.
0:51.0	It was a picturesque night in Portland. The rain was pouring
0:55.8	down and the fans were at their best, but an individual moment of brilliance on a stunning
1:01.1	top of the box strike from the late substitute Katie Stangle was ultimately
1:05.4	the difference between these two teams. This game showed that playoff form is a Real thing and Portland didn't look to be the caliber team
1:16.1	that we expected and know them to be at this stage in the season and the storybook continues for Gotham who last season was the worst team in the
1:26.7	NWSL and now looks to host their very first NWSL championship and the legend of Ali Krieger continues.
1:35.7	In the second semi-final we watched the San Diego Wave host O-L-Rane.
1:40.2	We witnessed O-L-Rane defeat the San Diego Wave 1-0, another 1-0 game,
1:46.0	at Snap Dragon Stadium, the home of the Wave, the biggest stadium in the NWSL,
1:52.0	which was basically left to cheer about nothing.
1:55.6	The home team looked uninspired and unable to change the pace of the game to get into
2:01.4	their favor.
2:02.8	And Laura Harvey's side certainly didn't play
