| 0:29.6 | And when we invert this pattern, it appears to have a number of negative consequences. |
| 0:34.8 | Night shift workers are more likely to suffer from insomnia, fatigue, accidents, ulcers, |
| 0:40.4 | even certain types of cancer than those who work during the day. |
| 0:44.6 | And people also frequently gain weight when they work the night shift. |
