That's the nothing personal word of the day for Wednesday, November 19th, 2025.

And we've got a bunch of acceptances to talk about throughout the show.

Let's start in Major League Baseball where words started trickling out around 4 p.m. yesterday,

about four players who decided to accept the qualifying offer.

The qualifying offer is going to be talked about for the next year,

much like it was talked about during the

last collective bargaining agreement, because that's the thing that a team offers a free agent,

its own free agent, saying, hi, we'd love to offer you to come back for one year.

And then they calculate the amount and

MLB lets everyone know the amount it's based on average salary yada yada it's 22 million dollars this

year so teams say we'll give you 22 million for one year your choice let us know you got a couple

days and if a player says no to a qualifying offer,

then the player's a free agent,

and they go out into the world,

they sign a deal,

and whoever signs them

has to give the original team a pick.

Although it doesn't actually come from them, funny enough.
