The Oh, Hello, podcast. This is Elizabeth of Sparkle Stories. And this week we're talking about

getting outdoors, going outside, being a part of Mother Nature because we think

it's Sparkle Stories that nature is really essential to our well-being

and getting our little bodies outside into it is critical and you know what it makes us

feel great whether you just go right out your front door

onto the sidewalk and enjoy looking up at the sky

or spying a tree, getting out into a park,

or taking a long adventure in nature, all of it.

All of it is really, really good and really, really important,

I think, for the well-being of our whole person.

Have you ever noticed that when you're cranky if you just go outside you feel a lot better?

I think that's the magic of nature.

So I've picked a story from Junkyard Tales because the Junkyard Tales folks are really good at doing

summertime number one and they're animals and most of their life has been

outdoors so I have lots of wonderful outside tales if you check out junkier tales you'll find these. I've picked a story

called Now That's a Camp. It's super dear. It involves the mice again. We're really enjoying

the mice this month. And Ben, our clever cat wants to create a summer camp for the mice but

he isn't sure how he's going to do it and so together they collaborate like with

him and Sally the chipmunk and everyone in the junkyard offers to teach something they love and oh my gosh what a camp they create,

a totally unique summer camp.
