from the White House and from key government agencies.

Let's start at the White House in the press briefing room,

which we haven't seen much of lately.

Now, Kaye McInane, the press secretary, did show up on Friday.

It was her first briefing in seven weeks.

She's been avoiding the press just like her boss. This is a counter from October

when the president spoke to the White House Press Corps all the time in the days and weeks
