And we're still talking the offensive line. Now we're going to talk a little bit of high school

recruiting. We talked about the future of the offensive line for what was on the roster.

Now we're going to talk about the additions that they're looking to add here.

And where this ultimately starts here, man, is Joe Rudolph. He is somebody that, and it's,

it's interesting when you look at his tenure so far, because a lot of people will judge their,

or I guess formulate their opinions on a position coach based on what they do on the recruiting

trail and kind of ignore the product that's on

the field. For Joe Rudolph, it's almost the opposite. Since he's gotten to Notre Dame, I have had

very few questions about his abilities on the recruiting trail. Now, there's still some questions. Are you

able to go into the South, pick up a big name offensive lineman? That's something that we'll

talk about here.

But for Joe Rudolph, he's a proven recruiter and arguably one of the best on the team right now,

especially after the departures of Mike Mickens and all that.

But we meet the product on the field to catch up to what the production on the recruiting trail has been.

I think that's really interesting when you start talking about Joe Rudolph.

Look, you can say a lot of things.

You can say a lot of things about Joe Rudolph, good, bad, and different.

And there's a range of emotions with Joe Rudolph.

But the one thing you can't do and have any kind of credibility

whatsoever is to criticize his recruiting. Early on, you could question, all right, is he really

that good of a recruiter? Or is he still benefiting from like the Harry Heistan reputation in
