Out of the players to enter the portal this past year from Notre Dame,

who would you pick to have back on the 2025 squad and why?

Ooh.

Who would I want to have back on why?

I mean, so you've got, you've got Jaden Thomas, Dion Colsey, you've got the three, four

offensive linemen, you have Jaden Mickey, you have Tyson Ford and Aiden Gobira, right? Am I missing

anybody? That's pretty much it. I'd probably say I want to hold my my takeback option until post spring

would be my answer. But honestly, I'd probably go with with either Rocco Spindler or Pat Coogan.

I might lean towards Pat simply from the standpoint of I think Rocco is a better player.

But if we're working with the assumption that neither of them were going to start next year,

and I don't necessarily believe that to be true, but if we're just going to work with that,

I think Pat has more positional flexibility than Rocco, where Pat can be that ultimate sub.

He can play left guard, right guard, and center.

So I'd probably go there as far as just having that one more year of one of those veterans to

provide depth, just in case there's some injury problems again, just in case some of those

young guys are in fact not ready, just in case Ashton Craig's, you know, knee doesn't come

back the way that you hope or he gets hurt again.

I'd probably go with one of those guys would be my, would be my pick on that one.

I just think post-spring we're going to have some better answers to give on that one.
