Trevor, I want to talk about the Notre Dame offense.

And this is going to be. Trevor, I want to talk about the Notre Dame offense.

And this is going to be an interesting conversation because this side of the ball,

this is always going to be more interesting than the defense because this side of the ball is the side of where we're talking about.

There's a rising needed from where they were.

Defense is like, look, if you just maintain, we'll be back in the title game next year,

because you were the reason they were in the title game last year, right? Just maintain your level of excellence over the last two years, and the program is going to be

pretty good.

The offensive side of the ball is still the one that needs to take that jump.

Now, the defense had some moments last year, but you're always going to have that.

I don't care how good, you know, there's a game as good as the 2019 LSU offense was,

and it was one of the greatest I've ever seen.

Probably that in 08 Oklahoma or the two best I saw in the regular season, but that 08 Oklahoma team got shut down by Florida in the national title game.

This team went out against Clemson and 19 and put 40 on Clemson

in the national championship game and put up 60 on Oklahoma in the semifinals.

So like that, but even that year, they scored 23 points in a

win over, Auburn. Everybody has an off day. Defense is there. It's about stay there.

And if you can improve in certain areas, that's awesome. But just as long as you do is maintain,

if the offense maintains what it was last year, it's pretty good, but you're not winning a championship with it.

And as we saw that this past season, and we've seen in a lot of years.

And so that's a big thing for me, Trevor, is I need to see this offense take a jump.

And so what are the things that we need to see from this offense to take a jump?
