The 2026 Notre Dame defense will hold offenses to a lower points per game allowed than the 2025 defense did.

Yeah.

I don't even have to go look at stats.

I will, just because I enjoy doing it.

But they finished the year ranked 10th in the country, allowing 17.6 points per game this season.

And that was including a 41 point spot against Texas A&M that they allowed.

I don't know if there's a team on Notre Dame schedule this upcoming season.

And they're playing good opponents.

But I don't know if there's a team offensively that can score 41 points on

Notre Dame's defense this year.

You know what I mean?

Like teams potentially could, but I mean, they were actively giving points and yards

away to Texas A&M.

It felt like at times, I don't see that happening again.

So that's a buy for me as well.

From Z-Man, 381, buy-so hold, as important as the offensive line room is,

it is more important for a different offensive position room to play excellent this season,

as opposed to say, very good.

So, Sean, are you reading that as like a position group outside of the offensive line?
