Part of the reason I loved going from shotgun was I could read a defense better.

The other reason why you have a much better chance of salvaging a bad snap.

If you're under center and the court, if the center makes a mistake, it's on the ground.

It's going on the ground.

And so, I mean, I just, I have, and I have flashbacks to 2011 when they put Dane in the game

and they're about to score to tie the ball game up against USC and Dane, the ball goes through

his legs.

He gets blamed for it, but like the ball went right through his legs.

It's a terrible snap.

Dane Chris hadn't taken a snap from under center a month, two months.

You know what I mean? And you put him in the game and it's like, okay, now he's got to take

a snap center from a guy he hasn't really done that much with in recent weeks.

And you saw what happened. So, yeah, I just, I get where you're coming from, but, bro, you don't got to get cute with it.
