First time we've gotten to say that in quite some time. Happy Saturday for those of you who just got done watching or just got done attending.

Notre Dame's 95th annual blue gold game. That concluded Brian and I were both there.

It was super cool. We kind of see like up in the press box,, through some of like the plexiglass we saw Vince and Sean Stiers and Jesse Stiers on the radio call on Sunny 101.1.5. So that was also really cool to see. So there's a big I be showing today at the Notre Dame Blue Gold game. And folks, what we're going to be doing today, simple old-fashioned post-game show.

We're going to be breaking down overall thoughts, talking about what we saw from the offense, talking about what we saw from the defense, man. And then, Brian, of course, it's just always fun to be up at that stadium. That's something that you and I were talking about before the Blue Gold game even started. Yeah, it was, man. It's like, you know, I've been doing this, Treb. this is still kind of new for you.

Obviously, this is just your,

you're going into your third season covering Notre Dame and obviously your second, I think second spring game that you've been to covered Notre Dame. I've been doing this since 2010. And man, it just does not get old. It really doesn't. Just looking over the skyline and being in the stadium and getting to watch Notre Dame football perform. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. And it doesn't matter how fun or entertaining or not entertaining a spring game is. It's still cool to be up there. 100%.

100%. It never gets old. And then obviously I'm going into my third year being able to be up in the

press box. That definitely has not gotten old yet. Still a really cool experience to be a part of.

But again, folks, 95th annual blue gold game for Notre Dame. The blue team, the offense ended up

winning on a walk-off field goal by Spencer Poreth to put them up 41 to 38 to give the offense the win. But I think partly the new scoring

system, also kind of the mix of vanilla offense defense for today's game, made this a lot more

competitive than last year. You also factor in the, you know, there's no battle for QB1 this year,

so there weren't as many fireworks today. But, you know, there's no battle for QB1 this year, so there

weren't as many fireworks today. But, you know, overall, Brian, before we dive into offense,

defense takeaways, you know, players who stood out, what are some of your overall thoughts

from the blue gold game today? Well, you know, it didn't seem like there was any major

injuries in the game. We did see Joey O'Brien coming off at the end, but he seemed like from what all indications are, it wasn't anything major, just a minor thing.

So that was good.

But look, it was competitive.
