Our Can I Get a Hell Yeah for this week goes none other than to Candice Dillard Bassett.

She, it was announced, was released, the case Michael Darby tried to put against her has been officially dropped, dismissed with prejudice as of January 31st.

So we're starting this Black History Month just perfectly, right?

According to the courts, they determined that basically Michael couldn't have a lawsuit against Candace because he signed a release to appear on Potomac.

So what's the problem?

That's it. It cannot be reasserted. It cannot go back in the courts.

by Corona, Corona Extra, Corona Light, whatever he was.

I'm so happy to be free of this man and I'm sure Candace is too.

She actually released a statement after all of this went through,

as she's want to do, right?

So she went to People, People magazine exclusively

and said, I am incredibly grateful to God

for protecting me.

I'm also grateful for common sense, the support of my family, and my incredible

legal team for helping the plaintiff to get exactly what he deserves from me. Absolutely

nothing. So yeah, shout out to that. That's like an embarrassing way to lose a lawsuit. I think there are probably several ways that are embarrassing but then being like Sarah you

literally signed up for this go on somewhere that's sad baby like I'm happy

about it but that's sad for him, which only makes me happier.

So congratulations, Candice. Hell yeah.
