software as the kids call it that could just keep track of how many people were

tuned in and then spent the number out.

Yeah, you would think we would know that more or less instantly.

It's actually harder now than it's ever been before because you don't know you get ratings of who watched on TV, but I didn't I never watch anything on TV. I watch everything on my phone like 99% of higher than that of what the news I watch is on my phone.
