Here with coach Mack Brown of the North Carolina Tar Heels, and you are back in a familiar

position. And I think, you know, it's really been since you were there that North Carolina entered a season with this kind of expectations.

Coach, how excited are you to bring back all you're bringing back, to have established a culture where winning is expected?

And now you get the part that you saw, you know, at North Carolina, at Texas, the expectations

coming on on top of all that.

Andy first, thanks for having me on.

We appreciate all you do for college sports.

Secondly, it's been fun.

It was fun to turn it around here before and be one of the top five teams in the country when we left

and then go to Texas, win the national championship, have a chance at two or three others,

and then come back and start that process going again.

It's been very, very rewarding because I didn't know that I would coach again since I left Texas.

It's been a quicker process than I thought, probably partially because of Sam Howell.

You got to have a quarterback in modern day football, and he jumped out there and helped us immediately.

But also, I was so familiar with everything here.

Yeah.

The university, the people, the top boosters, the climate, the academic part of this process in recruiting.

And I love living here.

So I think it's just all worked, Andy, more than anything else.

And we've lost a few games.

We had a chance to win, but by and large,

to be sitting here where we are in the third year is really rewarding. It's fun. I really like to
