Here I am in the brand new state of Maryland.

Oh, wait, it's just Virginia.

But we're trying to become Maryland and California over here.

Yeah, well, it went the way you said it was going to go, which just shows how you have your finger on the pulse.

I guess.

I'm also just like a little black-pilled.

I assumed that the Virginia referendum to change the very fair five-six congressional

delegation map of the state of Virginia, which is a purple state leaning blue, to a 10-1

Democrat-dominated map, would pass by an annoyingly small

margin that I would then look back and say, wow, if there had been some concerted and organized

effort to persuade people that this was a bad idea, we might have won. And in fact, that is

what appears has happened. It was about a three-point loss. Right now, it's about 70 to 90,000 votes. It is not a good result. It will face legal challenge as most redistrictings do, particularly partisan gerrymanders of this kind.

It will face legal challenges at the Virginia Supreme Court that include, you know, that it

violated several statutes getting onto the ballot because they misused a special session of the

legislation to do it, of the legislature to do it.
