because sometimes that's nice to do, too.

A little holiday solo is a great thing.

Go see a movie by yourself, go get dinner by yourself.

Do not feel bad.

Pick up my book, read my book, The Jelly Spunch alone.

I mean, just settle in and enjoy some solo self-care time if you don't want to be with family and friends.

We aren't beholden to the traditions of the holidays, so do what feels good for you.

I'm here to tell you that and give you permission. I do have a special

episode for you all today. It is a holiday week. However, I have a separate

holiday movie podcast that I host my friend Jenna Brister. It's called a very

merry iconic podcast and we did a special Thanksgiving special for you all that I'm going to air in just a minute.

This year, this holiday season, we are partnered with Nordstrom, who we love,

and so we have some fun special things coming upcoming on that

podcast feed. We are also going to be recapping a lot of holiday movies so if you've never

listened to that podcast we take a holiday movie and then we go on a bunch of tangents and detours as we recap it.

We've covered tons of movies in the past, things like Home Alone, Christmas Vacation.

This holiday season, we just had a step-mom episode come out with Julie Roberts and Susan

Surandon that was a movie from 1998 of course and we recap that and go on a

million tangents along the way this season we are also covering 1993's Little Women. We are
