Do you still find your life shaken by the triple crises of the past year -- pandemic, uncertainty, and unrest? Crisis fatigue can result from prolonged, ongoing stressors. You may feel "burned out on life," as though you just can't seem to feel motivated anymore. In this week's series, you'll focus on creating boundaries so you can get your life back on track.
