When my mother passed away, my father basically decided that he didn't want us to have any contact with my aunts and uncles.

And that's why he picked us up and he put us, he took us from California to Minnesota and put us in foster care.

Having met my Korean family, like, you know, I have an amazing relationship with my adoptive family.

And I'm so grateful to them.

And, you know, they come to Israel and they're such a part of my kid's lives. And, you know, they've adoptive family. And I'm so grateful to them. And, you know,

they come to Israel and they're such a part of my kids' lives. And, you know, they've accepted my

conversion and they've seen all the sides of me. Nomi was adopted and had a happy childhood.

But no, she wasn't adopted by Jewish parents. And her biological parents weren't Jewish either.
