Turn with me, please, in the scriptures to two openings, Philippians 4 and 1 Peter 5.

We were on a series for a while called No Worries.

Anybody remember that?

And we were looking at how the Lord told us not to worry.

And then we were pondering when the Lord said it so clearly don't worry why.

So many people still worry.

And so then we're looking at how to stop it, right? How to do what he told us to do.

Do you think we should take the Lord seriously when he tells us not to worry? Or should we just,

you know, acknowledge, well, we can't help it, you know, that's just something everybody does?

Or should we take him seriously't help it. You know, that's just something everybody does. Or should we take

him seriously? We should. And besides that, worrying all the time is not a happy life. And it's

hard on your body. And it's hard on your friends and your relationships. Philippians 4.

Then we're going over to 1 Peter 5.

These have been our main texts in this series.

And I'm excited about this tonight.

I believe there are some real answers that we're going to get to.

Philippians 4-4.

He said, rejoice in the Lord, always.

You know, that would include when you don't feel like it.

And again, I say, rejoice.

Let your moderation, other translations, say your sweet reasonableness.

Be known to all men.
