Bless up everybody, I don't know I am minds in today and I am sigh, hmmm, I have my orange

pico ginger tea and let me tell you, oh my god, it's everything that I need and sometimes

all that we have is truly all that we need the simple things are the blessings and it's

an opportunity to be here with you right now to unite our communication to our community

the collective is growing we are here I am in gratitude that is our main attitude yes it is

I have been in a season of fine tuning, hatching up the leaks you understand every single one of us has

leaks in our foundation you know we fall off you know we try to get consistent we try to have our

routines and something happens and really when we fall off when we lose right in quotations like

because it's really not losing but when we fall off we really are just coming back to our foundation

there's a leak there's a crack and it needs our attention it's an opportunity to strengthen

our path it's an opportunity to strengthen our path I'm sure every single one of us has started

something only to fall short you know you know it's hard to pick ourselves up again because we

have so much regret and then we develop a lack of trust in ourselves and we have questions

can we commit can we finish can I even do it can I execute but instead of picking ourselves apart

because we let's be honest some of us we abusers out here we abuse ourselves and we need to be

careful instead of picking ourselves apart we need to focus on why do we lose our momentum

let it be a teachable lesson you understand because life is a reflection it is a mirror it is a

offering and that right there is the gift my friend you are a mystic you understand you are

here in this life choosing to make the best out of it because you have breath you have spirit

and we are having the self-discovery and awareness because we do not want to climb a ladder

get to the top look down and realize our foundation is rooted in quicksand so anytime I fall short
