Would you look in Ephesians the fourth chapter, please?

We began a few weeks ago on a series that we're calling

no place for the devil.

No room, no place for the devil.

In Ephesians 4, and there's much about this subject in this book of

Ephesians, just six short chapters, if you read it looking for the things we're talking about

now, it'll be eye-opening. In Ephesians 4, he said, verse 24, that you put on the new man, Ephesians 424, put on the new man,

which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness,

wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor, for we're

members one of another.

Now he's writing to Christians and tells them to stop lying.

He is.

If you read the first part of the book, it's to the saints at Ephesus.

These are saved people.

These are even tongue-talking people.

Would you need to write to born-again, tongue-talking people and tell them quit lying?

Stop lying.

Well, he did.

The Spirit of God did.

Then he said, verse 26, be angry and sin not.

Let not the sun go down upon your wrath.

Two great revelations here.
