0:26.0	It's a sunny spring afternoon in Cleveland,
0:28.4	and a local man and his girlfriend
0:29.8	decide to go kayaking
0:31.3	at the city's Rocky River Metro Park's reservation.
0:34.6	It was 5.20 in the afternoon.
0:36.5	It was probably 75 degrees out.
0:38.3	That's when they noticed someone on the riverbank.
0:41.3	A man slumped over on a park bench.
0:43.3	And there was plenty of traffic.
0:46.3	People running, people on bikes, people driving by, and I was just shocked that we were the first ones to see them.
0:52.3	This man originally thought the person he saw may have been intoxicated.
0:57.0	When he went to check on the victim, he quickly realized there was more to it.
1:01.3	That's when I noticed that there was another person on the scene guest who was face down in the water on the river bank.
