Summary
in this week's audio journal: uncovering is essential to becoming. i think for quite a while, being afraid of myself hindered me from evolving. i’ve reached a point where it has taken so much more energy to hide and wear a mask (with myself and the world) versus just accepting and embracing all parts of me that i once tucked so deeply with adamant care. breaking out of my shell and fully allowing myself to bloom has aligned me with not only my true self, higher self but also with humanity. in simpler words, life is just easier. more livable. more breathable because i don’t have to pretend with myself or anyone else. i have bloomed. i have alchemized. and the evolution will continue because i’ll never be afraid of myself again.
