and a little bit but first we're gonna chat about some news

at least it feels like news in college football and college athletics with Mike Pence the vice president speaking to all the

conference commissioners in FBS football to get the lay of the land.

I keep waiting for the episode where we're not going to have to bring up anything

related to coronavirus but I just I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon.

It's certainly the the topic that will continue to dominate college football until we

have an answer one way or the other is

is there going to be a season when's it going to start so on and so forth and of

course we don't know the answers to that yet but it was a notable moment to say the least on Wednesday when the vice president

who is you know leading the White House's task force on coronavirus, invited the, it's technically the college football

playoff management committee, but who that is is the 10 commissioners, Notre Dame

maybe Jack Swarbrook, and Bill Hancock about what it would take to get

college football back to normal.

It wasn't anything earth-shattering when we talked to some of the commissioners

on that were on the

call off for, but I do think it's notable that they go on the record

basically and make it kind of an official stance and let him know that

until students, the student, general student body is allowed back on campus, there's not going to be college

football games. I think some people may have thought, well, they're all taking online classes

anyway, so you could bring the football team back. They still do online classes.
