0:59.9	Ukraine's President Vladimir Zelinsky said about half of the Russian missiles and drones
1:04.0	fired in this latest salvo were shot down, but the rest hit power plants, leaving hundreds
1:08.8	of thousands of people without electricity into Monday night.
1:12.2	And because the water system relies on electricity to run pumps and other equipment, that also

1:19.6	The power shortage is so severe, Ukrainian authorities have asked citizens to conserve
