Week 15 did wrap up. Last night in Indianapolis, excuse me, week 16. I keep forgetting it's an 18 game season now.

44-year-old Philip Rivers played his ass off last night in Indianapolis. Problem was, so did Brock Purdy in the 49.

Junkun snapped the Purdy. Five-man rush, Cox his arm, throws, goal line, caught touchdown.

Grab McCaffrey, just inside the Pylawn on the near sideline at the goal line, a nine-yard strike.

And the fifth touchdown pass thrown by 49er quarterback, Brock Purdy.

That opened up a two-scored lead for San Francisco in the fourth quarter.

They added the late pick six, which was really the only blemish against Rivers last night.

The 49ers went at 4827 as purdy, as you heard from Harlan there.

Five touchdown passes he threw for 295 yards.

Christian McCaffrey, one of his two receiving touchdowns there.

He had 27 touches for a buck 46, just another night at the office for him. And George Kettle, despite not finishing the game with an ankle injury, seven catches for 115 yards. And a touchdown. The coaches couldn't keep up with them. Yeah. No, they were. And this was a big win because they got the Bears and Seahawks next. And so they got to win the next two to kind of grab this division.

And they needed to have it.

And I think Seattle plays Carolina Sunday.

The next challenge is like we just win one game at a time and try to be the best that we can going into the playoffs. And obviously we know what's at stake with the first seed and all that. But we can't get our minds wrapped around just that. Like we have to go handle business and play a really good team in Chicago next week coming to our place. That looks like a pretty, oh boy. Okay. Geez, the frog in the voice. My gosh. Yeah, so that should be a good one. Niners and Bears. Now, they knew coming into the game because of the results from Sunday. San Francisco, they had already clinched their playoff berths, so they could kind of play free and easy last night. And their victory actually helps out three other AFC teams as the Colts lost, clinched spurts for the Bills, the Jaguars, and the Chargers all officially have spots in. Now, as for Rivers, he certainly looked the part.

He was in full control out there and his second game back from five years off, but ultimately it's a loss which certainly damage their playoff.
