podcast series. This is episode 74 of Terabytes. The podcast were I to shout short entertaining bite-sized lessons on how to

re-tero. For today's episode, our topic is The Nine ofinnacles. Let's begin. All right, first of all, I love this

card. The imagery is so beautiful and the woman in this card is a woman that I aspire to be like. Totally comfortable hanging out

with her birds surrounded by all the good things in life. It's a yummy image, right? So let's go

ahead and dig into some of these symbols. Okay, so first of all, you might

notice that there's grape vines and pinnacles behind the woman. This is a symbol of abundance,

affluence, and rewards. I like to say that these are the fruits of her

labor. Now keep in mind, this is also a ledge, which is a sign of boundaries. What is she keeping in or out of her world?

The flowers on her dress indicate that things are blossoming. Flowers are a symbol of fertility and growth and beauty.

In the background, there's a little house or castle, and houses and castles are symbols of goals completed or security.

If you look down at her feet you'll also see the symbol of a snail.

I want you to think about this for a second. A snail carries his home on his back, which means he's self-sufficient.

That's a clue to this card and this woman.

Now, in some readings about timing, I also see this as a sign that things are moving slowly

and the most interesting symbol to me in the Nine of Pinnacles is the Hood of Falcon. So,

Falcons could be aggressive, but the Hood indicates that this is tempered and instead

the energy here becomes discipline.

In some cases, depending on the context of the question, it can also indicate being tamed or limited

in some way.
