my work you know how toxic I believe vegetable oils are to the body at a cellular level.

I've shared with you studies that have shown a plate of French fries that were fried in

canola oil, which is a vegetable oil, resulted in five

months of cellular membrane inflammation. The significance of that is that the cell membrane

is what communicates to your DNA to turn on or turn off genes.

So when you have inflammation around your cells, not only is it going to be difficult for the hormones to get into your cells,
