She's a Washington-based writer and analyst,

a global fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International

Center for Scholars, Canon Institute.

She has spent a lot of time in Ukraine other parts of Eastern Europe studying how disinformation affects that part of the world.

And her new book is titled How to Lose the Information War.
