Welcome, welcome, welcome back, prom party. We are kicking off a month of really cool coming of age animated features.

Yeah, this wasn't really supposed to be animated, but since the month was going to start

with Namona and end with a different animated movies, like, well, we might as well just fill

it out and do a month full of animated films.

Absolutely.

And as I'm sure you heard at the start of the show, right now the Animation Guild is negotiating for a better contract with the AMPTP. That is the studios, producer, streamers, all of the folks that, you know, were struggling real hard with the WGA and SAG earlier this year to have a good contract. So we wanted to stand in solidarity with our friends in

animation, the people we admire animation, and really just celebrate how wonderful of a medium

animation has always been for telling coming of age stories. Oh, it's the best. Yeah, we love animation.
