run organizations. But I think maybe it's time you step back. Maybe it's time you get someone else who can run the team, who can put a team together,

a functioning team that can compete week in and week out.

you lose you know the onus is on him it's on his shoulders but there's the thing he

said he can handle it because he knows there's no repercussion because if he gets it wrong

what's the repercussion if the owner does something wrong? He's still going to

own a team. He's in a position that he cannot be fired. Yeah. He knows that. Everybody knows that.

So it's easy to say, I'm the best person for the job because you know, no matter how bad you

fail, you can never be out of that job. Yeah. And another thing, the people
