That's the nurses focus, the doctors focus, you know, the nurses are the ones with them for 12 hours, eight hours, whatever it might be.

Doctors are kind of in and out, but you realize, you know, that's their main job.

But secondarily would be, I think, that family-centered care.

And that's why Finn the Panda even became something for me,

because it was how do you let the parents know that they're important?

Let them know that they have healing powers for their baby,

even if they don't have a medical degree.

Welcome back to the selfie show, you guys. It is September.

I don't even know where the time is going. It is crazy. I, for whatever reason, September just

like popped up on me this year. And as many of you know, I've made a couple posts about it.

September is NICU Awareness Month.

And it's kind of interesting because I actually feel like this particular podcast is a really

big foundational reason of actually why I started this podcast to bring awareness to things like

this. Michelle and I really dive deep. You guys today you're
