I think at a general level, you know, when you give someone that amount of money, you're looking for someone with the underlying traits that a guy like Nico has. You know, it's not just as he works for the dollars, but also, you know, do you trust that he's going to put himself in position to be the best version of himself and help others be the best version of themselves?
