Now we're really into training camp.

It feels like the long, hot days,

and the one thing that gets me every day,'m like I'm in the middle of writing and I get the email

from Eagles PR that says your credentialed for the next day and I'm like I'm not even done today yet but that's the way

training can't feel is it's like one continuous long day. Yeah but I mean I don't

want to I don't want to do the old you know when I stories but this is nothing compared to you know when when we would leave for Westchester or Lehigh at 6 in the morning you get home at 8 at night that was a a long day and I loved him. But things have changed. Training camp's different. I mean there, you know practices, I think I think they'll get longer but Nick's practices have been so short. They've

ranged from what was today 70 minutes or so. I think the longest was yesterday

was about an hour 25 an hour 30. They used to be like one goal line drill would be an hour 25, an hour 30.

It was it was a I'm just shocked when they you know they they huddle up and they're done for the day but you know we'll see it'll be interesting to see how his practices evolve as as training camp goes on.

Yeah and I mean teams are of course limited by the CBA about how long they're allowed to be out there. I mean they've been shorter than what the CBA allows so far, but there are rules in place and we'll kind of break down actually some of the things we've noticed from Syriani practices because there's differences from every head coach that you've seen from that I've seen that there's always things that change about practice and three days into this it's pretty clear what they are with this head coach.
