Nick Reiner, the son of Rob and Michelle Reiner, he faces two counts now of first-degree murder with special circumstances for the deaths of his parents, which is just absolutely incredible.

And in a moment's time, he is set to be arraigned inside of Los Angeles Superior Court to hear the charges

levied against him.

Well, he was supposed to be arraigned, Nick Reiner, the son.

However, he was not found mentally competent.

He needed to be cleared medically.

And apparently that medical clearance has taken place

because there is an arraignment set for right now in Los Angeles Superior Court, beginning at 1130 Eastern time and 8.30 a.m. Pacific time.

And here to help break it down, there is a caveat here.
