He also fesses a special allegation that he personally used a dangerous and deadly weapon, that being a knife.

Nick is being represented by famed defense attorney Alan Jackson, who did represent Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey.

A man hunt continues for the gunmen who opened fire at Brown University over the weekend.
